Kadant Solutions Celebrates Genuine Parts Program Anniversary
AUBURN, Mass., January 15, 2020 – Kadant Solutions, a division of Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI), is celebrating two years since the launch of its Genuine Parts program to raise awareness of the importance of using OEM genuine repair parts when maintaining equipment.
During the last two years, the Genuine Parts program has served as an educational tool. Customers that have switched to all Kadant Solutions genuine parts have seen a decrease in safety risks and increased overall product life.
According to Steve Fielding, vice president of applications and technology at Kadant Solutions, “Using genuine parts helps to ensure the highest product quality and integrity is maintained when repairing OEM equipment. We have witnessed numerous cases of aftermarket parts used incorrectly leading to equipment damage, production losses, and safety risks. These outcomes can be minimized when Kadant Solutions’ genuine parts are used.”
