KAP offers a comprehensive suite of information management tools, providing users, like you, with real-time, relevant, managed data, which includes completed in-person work. Your mill is unique, so we will collaborate with each KAP user to ensure maximum value is delivered. KAP is intuitive, user-friendly, and requires little training.

The Help Center has Frequently Asked Questions, which are updated regularly based on your feedback.
The To-Do List highlights service reports' most critical action or continuous improvement items.
These items include observations around machine safety, opportunities to improve your efficiencies, and maintenance requirements. View all customer-assigned action items by clicking on View All Open Action Items. You can also view the service report by clicking on the action item.
The right side of the dashboard shows your Account information.
Click any of the buttons under My Tools and you’ll dive into that area. If the button is gray, there currently isn’t access. Drop-down arrows and hyperlinks offer extra options for digging deeper into your mill’s KAP tools.
Track all active, inactive, and historical quotes.
View service report details and track past reports and visits.
Track open and historical orders.
View a list of drawings associated with your mill’s location.
View maps of your machinery with the equipment Kadant services. Select the equipment to view parts and drawing information.
